Ką tik išėjau iš VULSK direktorato posėdžio skirto tik studentų vasaros praktikos klausimui.
Situacija tokia:
1. Esminis praktikos klausimas yra teisinis reglamentavimas. Santykis tarp studento ( fizinio asmens) ir VULSK (juridinio) turi būti griežtai apibrėžtas. Universitetas santykio sudaryme visiškai nedalyvauja, nes pagal studijų nuostatus vasarą mums atostogos ir universitetas neturi teisės mums atstovauti. Medicinos studijų programoje jokio reglamentavimo apie vasaros praktiką nėra.
Ligoninė nenori į skyrius priimti žmonių, kurių funkcijos, teisės, atsakomybė nelegitimios. Bijomasi konfliktų su pacientais,priekaištų ligoninei dėl buvimo joje metu gautos ar padarytos žalos ar pan.
2. Neoficialiai praktika, žinoma, vyksta. Gydytojai prisiima atsakomybę už studentą, su kuriuo susitarė. Tai visiškai nelegalu teisiškai, labai paplitę praktiškai. Direktoratas tą puikiai žino.
3. Klinikų vadovų teigimu, 110 studentų srautas per didelis. Sąrašą mes, VU SA MF, sudarėm pagal jūsų pirmą pageidavimą ir Dekanės pasiūlytą tvarką. Artimiausiu metu VULSK direktoriaus pavaduotoja akademinais klausimais dr.Gulbinovič atsiųs man klinikų vadovų sudarytą realių pajėgumų priimti studentus sąrašą, pvz. dr.Bylaitė teigė, jog priimti 20 ( o tiek nori) studentų į dermatologinį nerealu.
Kai bus aiškios vietos, su Dekane bus tariamasi kaip jas paskirstyti.
4. Vėl prie reglamentavimo - dabar mėginsim suitarti su VšĮ “savanorių centras”, kad visi pasirašytų savanoriško darbo sutartis, ten yra teisių ir pareigų apibrėžimai, ligoninė su jais kaip su juridiniu gali sudarinėti sutartis, nemokamai priimant tam tikrą kiekį savanorių slaugytojo padėjėjo pareigoms. Tada ligoninėje dar bus pasirašoma pareigybinės instrukcijos ir konfidencialumo sutartis. Visa tai atlikti reikia iki birželio 15.
5. Praktikos turinys priklausys tik nuo studento noro ir santykių su personalu, šiemet nei ligoninė, nei universitetas to nereglamentuos, o dirbti pagal slaugytojo padėjėjo instrukcines teks.
Iš administracijos pusės jokio konkretaus programos kuratoriaus nėra.
6. Infekcinė ir vaikų ligoninės mielai laukia savanorių tokiomis pat sąlygomis. Dar reiks suderėt tiksliau, bet preliminariai direktoriai sutiko.
7. Šviesioje ateityje pratika bus tvarkoma kitaip- taps kreditiniu programos dalyku, tai priklausys nuo universiteo aparato tempų, nes visais lygmenimis VU SA tai judina.
8. Visai norėčiau susitikti su norinčiais ir aptart visas peripetijas. Nes manau, jog kils daug neaiškumų, pasipiktinimo ir pan. Skambinsiu jūsų kurso seniūnams.

P.S. Dar šnekėjau su VPC vadovu Prof.Laurinavičiumi, jis sutinka priimti visus norinčius studentus (berods, jų keturi) savanorišku pagrindu patologo asistentais, dėl detalių prašau bent vieno iš tų keturių man parašyti, persakysiu tiksliau.

woot, thankyou! I finally came to a site where the webmaster knows what they’re talking about. Do you know how many results are in Google when I search.. too many! It’s so annoying having to go from page after page after page, wasting my day away with thousands of people just copying eachother’s articles… bah.
